Honestly, this series excited me since it involved good role models for girls. I first read Betsy’s River Adventure and enjoyed it. I started looking into the series and realized that it was a nice big series. I was so excited!! When I started reading the series however, the books sorely disappointed me. I read several more books from the series, and they ranged from mediocre to offensive. I finally got tired of them and didn’t think that finishing the series was the best use of my time. I’d advise avoiding this series.
