"Angels at the Till" presents stories of God's work in Kenya, Ireland, the USA, and Romania. This book...these stories...have so much potential. Naively swimming with deadly snakes. Working at a store during a robbery. A walking roof. Unexpected answers to prayer. And yet, the language is dead. The stories drag. If only it could be reworked into a captivating collection that points children to the God of miracles.
