I should admit my absolute delight in the books of Beverly Cleary. All of my students have enjoyed the Henry Huggins series as well as a few other books written by Beverly Cleary. This book highlights the life of Mrs. Cleary and her love for books and desire to have interesting books for young children, especially boys to read. I would highly recommend this book! My students, both elementary and middle school, enjoyed hearing about one of their favorite authors.
