From the Good Mountain follows each part of a book printed by Johannes Gutenberg. It starts with the paper and follows the parts of a book all the way through to the printing press and the actual man who printed the books. This book has so many things in its favor. It has a great subject, sweet artwork and an interesting point of view, yet somehow the book is a bit dry. It’s a fine book about this time of history. Somehow, it’s just missing that spark that turns it into an amazing book.
