Having read Three Cups of Tea, I was fascinated when I was given this book for the library. This book is about Greg Mortenson and how he changed the lives of a remote village in Pakistan. Mortenson was trekking high in the mountains of Pakistan. Somehow, he lost his way and became very ill. He manages to stumble upon a remote village. This village took him in and nursed him back to health. After he regained his health, he went back to the US. Before he left, he promised to come back and help the village. This book tells the story of his helping the village and how you can help villages like this village.
