This is a wonderful biography of the life of Temple Grandin. Written in poem form, the rhyming words make it fun to read aloud. It highlights how different she was from other children while she was growing up. But it also highlights how similar she was too. The book talks about her schooling. She did well in school until she lost her temper. Finally, one day she was expelled. Her mother sent her out to live with her aunt on their ranch. Her mother thought that this change of scenery would be good for Temple. Sure enough. Temple loved the farm and eventually turned farming into a career. Wonderfully written biography about an amazing woman!
