"Maury Had a Little Lamb" is a simplified version of an older children's book. It is obvious that the author is better at writing for older children than for younger children and struggled to bring this story to a younger level. However, children should still enjoy the story told from the perspective of a bottle fed lamb as he grows and tries to figure out where he belongs.
