The Friend who Forgives is another book in the Tales that Tell the Truth series. This story highlights the life of Peter. We all know Peter is the outspoken disciple who seems to frequently insert his foot into his mouth. However, this book highlights the way that Peter followed Jesus with all his might. He often spoke before he thought but learned to use his tongue to powerfully preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This book helps children understand that talking before you think is a common problem, but it can be overcome and be used for the glory of God. Great book!
